Cherry Berry Pie

Easy-to-make and delicious.

Ingredients:

  1. 15oz or a Package of Refrigerated Pie Crust
  2. 1/2 Cup of White Sugar
  3. 2 Tbsp of Cornstarch
  4. 1/4 Tsp of Ground Cinnamon
  5. 1 (21oz) Can Cherry Pie filling
  6. 1 1/2 Cup of Blueberries
  7. 1 Egg White
  8. 1 Tsp of Water
  9. 2 Tsp of White Sugar


Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven to 425 Degrees
  2. Press one pie crust into a 9" pie plate.
  3. In a large bowl, stir together 1/2 cup sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon.
  4. Stir in the cherry pie filling and blueberries, spoon into pie crust; once filled Top with the second crust and press to seal.
  5. Flute edges to seal or use the tines of a fork to seal edges.
  6. In a small bowl mix egg white with water stir with a fork or small whisk. When ready brush over the top of the pie and then sprinkle with the 2 teaspoons of sugar.
  7. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Cool at least 2 hours before serving.
